About the Role
As a Barback, you are the right hand of our Bartenders. Speed, efficiency, and proactivity are your calling cards. In your role as a Server, customer service, product knowledge, and good vibes are key. Your interactions with our customers and bartenders will make our tasting room a success!
Requirements
Your Responsibilities:
Maintaining stock and providing support for Bartender.
Assist during service.
Cleaning/sanitizing the barware, and restocking glassware.
Ensure cleanliness of entire tasting area.
Providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all our customers have the best possible experience.
Assisting and checkout of retail sales
Your Skills:
Must be able to effectively communicate with all employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
Strong self-starter, see what needs to be done and complete activities without explicit direction.
Passion for craft spirits and cocktails and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

About the Company
Who We Are: Living Spirits is a brand-new craft distillery, opening August 2025. We’re dedicated to crafting a wide range of top-quality spirits that we’re proud of, and that we think our community will love – from timeless mainstays to unique creations, waiting for the right experience (and the right cocktail) to bring them alive. The distillery features an expansive 7,000+ sq. ft. rustic modern bar and cocktail lounge, a stylish event space and a cozy outdoor patio with fire pits and games.
Where We Are: Living Spirits is located in the heart of Hackettstown, NJ, within its busy main street shopping and dining district. We’re perfectly situated for a night out on the town, a few doors down from Hackettstown’s popular craft breweries. We’ll host dynamic entertainment including tasting events, live music, and themed parties, while offering guests Bring Your Own Food options from local restaurants, including a rotating assortment of food trucks on weekends.
